*Early Bird registrations will close at 5pm on Wednesday 21 October 2026.

Registration fees include:

• Access to the Summit programme (Thursday 12 and Friday 13 November)
• Scheduled daily catering
• Access to the networking function (Friday 13 November)

Terms & Conditions

Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Summit. 

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%.

If you did NOT tick ‘Privacy Required’ on the first page of the online registration form, it is assumed that you agree to have your details published in the list of participants.

How to Pay

Online by credit/debit card through the EventsAir registration platform.

Any invoice or group-booking process to be confirmed by The Conference Company. Get in touch with us here.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company via email of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Summit is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

By registering for the Summit you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Summit which you are in may be used by the Organising Committee in promotion of the Summit.
